Supporting Our Team Through Life’s Unexpected Challenges
At A.Ray Hospitality, we believe in taking care of our own. The Good Neighbor Fund was created to provide compassionate, timely support to team members facing sudden and serious personal hardships. Whether it’s a medical crisis, loss of a loved one, or an unexpected housing emergency, we’re here to help shoulder the burden.
Any team member who has been with A.Ray Hospitality for at least 90 days is eligible to apply. Grants are available for those experiencing:
Each application is reviewed by a dedicated committee of peers and leaders. We aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving a complete application. Grants range from $250 to $1,000, depending on the nature and severity of the situation. For a full list of possible grants, please click here.
