Our housemade sausage and southern BBQ is inspired by, founder, Jason Brumm’s dream of having a fresh butchery program. From the Texas-Style Beef Brisket and St. Louis Spare Ribs to the Angry Bird (spicy chicken sausage served with corn relish, avocado, and buttermilk dill ranch) and Classic Bratwurst (sauerkraut, caramelized onions, and bearwalker brown mustard), Von Elrod’s housemade sausages and smoked meats are the perfect complement to any beer.
