Oktoberfest at Von Elrod’s!

Our favorite time of year is just around the corner and we can’t wait to get the party started!

From October 6th to October 9th, come celebrate Oktoberfest at Von Elrod’s with ein prosit

Bringing people together around a couple of cold steins in our beer hall is one of our favorite things to do and as one of Nashville’s few beer gardens, we take pride in celebrating Oktoberfest to the fullest.

Oktoberfest began as a way to celebrate the marriage of the crown prince of Bavaria in 1810. Since then, thousands of lederhosen and dirndls have been worn, and many thousand more steins have been drunk. Today the festival in Munich lasts for 2 weeks, where you’ll find open-air performances, plenty of beer halls, vendors serving Bavarian bites, and carnival rides.

We know there’s no substitute for the authentic Oktoberfest in Munich, but don’t worry; we’ve got you covered until you can make it out there. At Von Elrod’s, you can expect fantastic food, entertainment, and, of course, German beers.

Here’s a peek at the festivities we’ve got planned at our beer hall! For the full schedule with times, head here.

Thursday, October 6

Every Thursday evening is Big Stein Thursday, where you can get any big beer for the price of a small one. But, this week, we’re changing things up, and we’ll have a DJ spinning in the beer garden!

Friday, October 7

Come on out for a delicious brunch accompanied by Oktoberfest and Märzen-style beer plus live bluegrass music. We’ll also have a DJ in our beer garden later on in the evening.

Saturday, October 8

We’ll be celebrating Oktoberfest all day with a selection of Oktoberfest and Märzen-style beer and a DJ to keep the party going. This event is only open to those 21 and over!

Sunday, October 9

The last day of the festivities! Come for live Bluegrass music, mouth-watering biscuits, and our legendary Big Ass Mimosas!

There is no entry fee for our Oktoberfest celebration. But, keep in mind, this is a cashless event. We can’t wait to get the party started! Grab a stein of beer and join us! See you there!
