And while we try not to hop on every bandwagon (is every day National Dog Day?!), a month dedicated to our favorite cheesy sandwich is one we’re here for. The sinfully satisfying sandwich lends itself to plenty of creative twists, and Nashville’s chefs are serving some of the most innovative we’ve seen.
